Hello!
I’m continuing on the Easy, Healthy, Delicious Vegan Dessert series with a summer fave- fudgesicles!
Guys, you would not believe how easy these are to make. 3 ingredients, a blender, a popsicle mold, and bam, you’re done. This post will be short and sweet because they are really that simple.
I love these fudgesicles because they are so easy, are refined-sugar free, and are so. dang. good. I mean, I’m obsessed. They are the perfect summer treat!
I used a cacao powder boosted with maca- an added superfood! Maca is great for boosting energy and mood, and it’s nutritional value is off the charts!
Are you ready for the recipe?
The Easiest Vegan Fudgesicles
By: Grace// Just A Veg
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 3-4 hours
Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk (you can refrigerate before blending or not, it works both ways)
1/2 cup cacao/maca powder (I used the one from Natierra Superfoods linked here. If you don’t have it, just add 1-2 teaspoons of maca to substitute)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together for 2-3 minutes until it is a rather thick consistency
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds
- Freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen
- Enjoy! These are the best.
I hope you love this recipe and try it out!
